Elite Technical & Corporate Roots: As a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a PhD in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), my strategic perspective was forged as an executive within two FTSE 100 enterprises and driving rapid value creation within intense Private Equity (PE) portfolios.
Hard-Won Operational Resilience: The name FLP began as a childhood nickname given to me by my mum—“Funny Little Parcel”—capturing a spark of raw energy wrapped up in a powerful package. That spark carried me through surviving a near-fatal 200-foot mountain fall in 2002, before going on to break multiple world records—including being part of the first all-women crew to row across the North Atlantic Ocean in 2016. That crossing taught me to focus on the present journey rather than panicking about distant targets
