Personal Differentiator
Our Founder Dr Gilly Mara has learnt a thing or two about crossing difficult gaps.
In 2002, she survived a near-fatal 200 foot mountain fall. In 2016, she was part of the first all women crew to row across the North Atlantic Ocean and went on to become a multiple world record holder.
Those experiences aren't business qualifications, but they changed the way she approached problems. You can't row an ocean staring at the destination, you focus on what needs to happen next, you adapt, you communicate and you keep the team moving.
